CityIntegrator products are delivered exclusively through certified local system integrators. This page explains how that network is structured.
Certification
Partners certify per product. Certification is earned by an engineer completing the product track and passing an assessment; it expires and must be renewed. Certification directly affects which leads a partner receives.
Levels
Partners progress through Registered, Certified, Silver, Gold and Strategic. Progression is automatic once the thresholds for score, deals won and certified engineers are met. The thresholds are published on the partner levels page.
Territory
Partners declare the countries and cities they serve. Lead routing respects those declarations — a partner is never sent a lead they cannot physically service.
Finding a partner
The integrator directory lists every partner who has opted into public listing, with their level, certifications and coverage.
