Accessibility

We aim for this site and the partner portal to be usable by everyone, and we treat accessibility defects as bugs rather than enhancements.

What we have built for

• Semantic HTML with correct landmark and heading structure
• Full keyboard operability, including the navigation menus and portal tables
• Visible focus indicators on every interactive element
• Labels on every form control, with errors announced and associated to their field
• Text and interface contrast checked against WCAG AA
• Charts that carry a text summary rather than relying on colour alone
• Reduced-motion support for users who request it
• Full right-to-left support for Arabic, including the portals

Known limitations

Some third-party embedded content is outside our control. Where we know of a barrier we will say so rather than claim conformance we have not verified.

Reporting a problem

If something is unusable, tell us at accessibility@cityintegrator.com with the page and what happened. We treat these as defects.
